By joining the AdHelper waitlist, messaging our WhatsApp number, or otherwise using AdHelper (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
AdHelper sends short check-in questions and reminders over WhatsApp to help people stay focused on tasks they've told us about, and — once available — reminders about upcoming calendar meetings with a link to join. AdHelper is a productivity aid, not a medical device or clinical service.
AdHelper is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment for ADHD or any other condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service, a specific launch date, or that any particular feature will ship as described. Features, pricing, and availability may change before general availability.
You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid WhatsApp account to use the Service. You're responsible for the WhatsApp number and calendar account you connect to AdHelper.
AdHelper relies on WhatsApp's Business Platform (operated by Meta) to deliver messages, and — for the meeting-reminder feature — on Google Calendar to read your upcoming events. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, and AdHelper's availability depends on those platforms working as expected.
Don't use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it in a way that violates WhatsApp's or Google's own terms of service.
You can stop using the Service at any time by messaging us to opt out. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or your access to it, at any time, particularly during this early-access phase.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdHelper is not liable for missed reminders, delayed messages, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
